For conference & expo travel, One helpful habit is to compare the total trip cost instead of the first price shown. Add transportation, baggage, resort fees, local taxes, meals, cancellation rules, and travel time before deciding whether the offer is actually good value.

I would also separate must-have items from nice-to-have items. A traveler who needs flexible dates, a central hotel, direct flights, or accessible rooms should not judge options only by the cheapest package price.

The best answer usually depends on travel dates, departure city, passport country, number of travelers, budget range, and comfort level. Those details make travel advice much more accurate and prevent generic recommendations.

Seasonality can change everything. Weather, school holidays, local festivals, cruise schedules, conference dates, and airline demand can all affect price and availability, even for the same destination.
